Am totally a fan of more transparent and explicit reasoning, even when it’s lame (had to make a call, did it and moved on). Totally not a fan of people getting grief for doing the best job they can, which is found to be imperfect by couch coaches in the indefinite future.

I’m surprised that the majority of architectural decisions can be logically and explicitly articulated at the time they’re made. That is not my remembered experience.

This is great. I get opportunities in this space I can’t follow up on. Now I can point to this.
