If somebody enters my yard and tries to take something my reaction is not "I want to shoot and kill that person" and it frankly terrifies me that that's seen as a fairly normal, socially acceptable response to petty crime and property crime in this country. It's base bloodlust, and should be shamed.

This is a HUGE step forward in our years of advocacy to save intercity bus travel in Chicago.
