This resulted in less than ideal results. But I was able to finish things in the oven for the big one in the back. Was not particularly fun honestly.

In today's strange nonsense, my stove decided that the first and lowest setting was apparently the max today.

The canola oil I had put in the pan started smoking in moments (Smoke Point of ~400°F)-Not sure how an electric stove gets confused but I know I was confused af by it.
