I do that foot shaking thing a lot more lately than ever.
I was lying in bed the other night, sweating and worried, pumped full of indica gummies and a glass of cabernet, and all I wanted to do was hold them all in my arms—maybe to keep them safe, but also to comfort me from the way I feel like everything is bad and I am marching toward death.

When you see this, relax your shoulders. Stretch your beautiful neck, the runway. Run your fingers down the center of you, up and down, softly, while you remind yourself that it is possible to love you, you glorious, messy thing.
Is it even Christmas if you don’t listen to 25th of December by Everything But the Girl and cry a little in a corner?

I fell asleep with a tin whistle in my bed, trying to learn the chorus of "Fairytale of New York." It's tough, but wouldn't it be a lovely little thing to carry around in December?
