Extra photographers must comply with instructions from the team if they wish to participate. Photographers who do not follow instructions may be asked not to participate in future photo opportunities, and may be barred from future events.

Other photographers are welcome to participate if they can find a safe position that does not interfere with the main photographer.

The primary group photo must be taken by a member of our team. We want to make sure we have a group photo that we can share, while also ensuring a fast, smooth and safe experience for our suiters.

We welcome anybody with an interest in photography to snap candids throughout the meet. However, for the group photo, we will be enforcing restrictions more clearly in the future.

Was so awesome to get to the Vancouver Fur Den Halloween meet-up on Saturday night! I really enjoyed hanging out with the local furries!

Of course constructive criticism is welcome, but when it comes to expensive new things- consider donating to our kofi or buying a VFD sticker when they are available! We know we could have better equipment, and we want it too but we need your help!

We have done a small amount of fundraising to slowly improve our equipment as we grow but our team has put a lot of our own time and personal funds into what we currently have. So when we have folks who complain to us about what we have, it makes us feel some type of way.

But we did want to mention something based on feedback received yesterday!

We organize these meets for free or cheap as volunteers because we want to provide a fun and safe space for adult furries to make fellow adult friends locally without a con budget.

Thank you all for joining us last night for our last big official meet of the year before we return in February!

We had an amazing time last night and hope you did too! We had nearly 90 furs!! Which is a new record for us!

Fursuits are welcome! And costumes in general are encouraged since its a halloween party! But neither are required!

We will have our group Photo at 7PM! So if you want to be in it make sure youre there and ready to go by then!

As always! Our meet is 18+!
Though since this meet will take over the full venue there will be people of all ages and kinds outside of the Leupke room!

As always we will have our craft table! And we will be hosting a sketchbok swap again at 5:30PM!

So if you wish to participate remember a sketchbook and have a reference sheet ready with you whether it be printed or drawn in your sketchbook!

So while our main events will be in the reserved space we encourage everyone to sit anywhere at the venue to prevent overcrowding!

This meet will be a Potluck! So we encourage bringing sharable foods if you can! But its not required!
Do not bring drinks since Drinks are the venues main income.

Its time for our Annual Vancouver Fur Den Halloween Party at TapUnion Freehouse !

This year we will be back at the Leupke room with permission to use the rest of the space at TapUnion as well!
