It was an amateur sound effects artist named Glen, who must love popsicles.
Not much public information about Glen other than he's a pastor in a town of 5000 in Ontario.

Singer Felica just won "MelFest" (as the show is nicknamed) this evening with her EDM banger "My System". I think the song is good, really catchy.
Melodifestivalen is Sweden's 6-show national final to decide which one new song is the country's best and subsequently submitted to the Eurovision Song Contest in May. It's a friken epic show each winter. The Swedish name translates to "the song/melody party/festival".
