With that being said she has a distressed look on her face (complete with a "fustrated overhead scribble" as tvtropes calls it. I don't know the actual word for those scribble clouds). There is no background if you're not counting the long sheet of paper but it can be assumed she is in a space shuttle or some other type of spacecraft that houses a teleprinter (artist's note: i remembered the space shuttles had a teleprinter on board to receive text documents and then noticed the printed results in some of the pictures were quite long. So then I got this little idea. I'd imagine the roll of paper in the art is mostly just the president's ramblings or something like that. Sorry Milk.)
