Waco mission accomplished: Spent a small fortune on merch from the Dr Pepper museum gift shop. Also grabbed a Strawberries & Cream float to go.

It was great, the kids and other chaperones really had a good time! As expected our farm kids were the most engaged, but everyone enjoyed petting the horses and giving them treats.

A highlight of our Seniors’ NYC trip was getting to meet some mounted officers during our Central Park tour. Our kids got to see them in action in the park, ask questions, tour the barn, and even help untack. Huge thanks to @nataliekreinert.bsky.social for helping make this happen!

My day started headed for the Jax airport with 9 High School seniors, 2 recent graduates, and 7 chaperones at 4:00 am on our way to NYC. Ended with the 8 pm performance of Wicked. Has been a long but good day.😴
You would still spoil it for me because I stream on Hulu and have to wait until the next day 🙇♀️

I met this good boy yesterday. Hannibal works for the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. He was supposed to be a bite dog, but works in narcotics because he was too nice. All the kids got to pet him.

I drove to Washington county (central time) Friday, ran a one day family camp program there yesterday, then came back home last night in time to spring forward. I’m doing great today. 😴🤪
Sissy and I spent a small fortune on a bag from the m&ms store at Springs last weekend. I threw some of the peanut butter cinnamon roll in. I liked them. It’s an interesting flavor.
The Daily Grind, local burger joint in Port Orange FL. Had the best burgers ever. Didn’t make it through the pandy.
They were responsible for about 50% of my college weight gain, enjoyed many a late night chicken finger box. (The rest came from Pokey sticks)

Finally checked out our new Raisin Cane’s. It really is just Guthrie’s. Which is fine…but surprised at the hype.
Princess Weekend Beer cup full of a red fruity beer. It’s called Pace Setter Splash. The 5k medal featuring Merida running in front of a bear claw is leaning on the cup.
I could either wait behind the “end of line sign” for a chance to meet Merida…or definitely get beer. I feel like I chose wisely.
