i find that cycling of creative diets to be really important in maintaining fresh perspective creatively!! so i like that instinct to diversify :,)

where im at mentally is thinking about physical recovery! all aspects of fatigue hit my body and that may just be my current disabled experience and also just now trying to manage ADHD in every day life -_-

that sounds extremely rewarding!! i suppose me being vague about what types of burnout apply is my own fault cuz the physical effects are primarily what i think about as opposed to the emotional vacuum that creative burnout can bring cognitively... looking at a multiyear timeline fills me w dread :(

real talk has anyone actually recovered from burnout. i keep hearing of a hypothetical multi-year timeline for recovery but is there anyone who can actually say they're no longer burnt out???
