While made of marble, Ezbuth's engravings are filled with metals that shimmer a rainbow of colors like bismuth crystals do.

Mal is a statue of a lion that almost looks like how a copper statue might green after a time, but with the banding and layers that a polished malachite stone gets.

They're an artificer bladesinger. They make stone engravings, and make engravings in their body and inlay enchanted steel into themselves to give them magical abilities.

The higher level they get the more tattoo-like engravings they make into their body.

Been thinking about a gargoyk character for a long time and today we got an idea that we liked way too much. (It's actually a really decent 5e build too.)

They're a gargoyl named Ezbuth and they have a green stone statue companion named Mal that fights with them.
