The city's lights are glowing dimly and to the right side above it more manta rays with rainbow-coloured beams are visible in the distance. A giant formation of roiling clouds fills up the left, right and lower center part of the picture. Eye-like shapes appear within them. A similar shape is also carved into the moon. While most of the image uses traditional pixelart techniques, the rays' beams and the moon's glow use softer gradients and vfx effects. The general colour palatte transitions from a greyish blue at the top to a bleak purple at the bottom.
