I find it does better if I mash with butter (or cream cheese if I have some and don’t want to use up my butter!) I think you can blanch and freeze too.

Mash and scoop with an ice cream scoop and free flow freeze for kūmara topped pies and popping into soups all winter long?

Yeah I booked us an Airbnb in Kelburn without even thinking about it - but it was super well run.

They also had cable car discounts on the day, can’t remember if we all got the cheaper price or just the kids!

Even if you stay in Kelburn you end up in the CBD if they want to look at any of those halls - there are buses going back and forth all day between campus and town. It’s a finely oiled (and somewhat overwhelming) machine
