It took a disturbingly long time for me to figure out how to produce additional ships and I'm still not really sure how to build more capital ships.

I don't really understand the point of the illustrations over the ship types - it seems to obscure the thing I care about, which is 'what does the ship do'. It's also not particularly clear (at least immediately) what each ship does. I'm gonna keep playing, just my first thoughts.
