Worked for me for a few kinds of compulsive thoughts, but I have 0 basis for this and I'm not even completely sure that's indicated to deal with those

Hmm I experience less general doomsday and more of "smaller" compulsive thoughts but still, I try to think back on when I felt the exact same panic and in the end things never escalated for the worse. It may not exactly ease the panic itself but it helps to stay grounded until the current wave eases

personal vent doodle of my character knight, a wolf. The doodle is of his head that is split into three faces. One side of his face is in a profile view and has white tear drops falling from his eye but his expression is entirely blank/unreadable. That face is split from the forehead to nose showing the inside of himself as a black void with a rage of scribbles in white and a bright star like shape coming out from the top of his head. His face on the split side looks dazed/confused very deer in the headlights vibe. The last face is almost pulling their self out of the emotion numbess profile and is full of rage his expression gives that he will bite to kill.

Liked the suggestion of a Gyrfalcon-Snow Leopard gryphon but oof, all those details! I almost gave up on the wings. Ended up more heavily patterned than planned, but still works.

Finished this guy in August for a LARP event and I definitely want to make some "prop food" for more realism!
