I think alot of the issue is the gold rush mentality that is plaguing big tech right now. I am hoping once the process matures more this insanity will be toned down a bit

-Getting punished for committing code without AI
-Management forcing AI agents everywhere
-Several new KPI essentially pushing AI-Maxxing on a daily basis
