Last week the UK led a call with other nations and they talked about sanctioning Iran! Iran! Not the US, not even Israel.

I am not trying to say there aren't other oppressed people and a lot of people on a minute-to-minute life focus have it substantially and demonstrably worse than us, there is a unique quality to our oppression that people outside of here don't seem to appreciate, and so blame us individually for it

I think it’s a fair point that our extraordinarily comfortable and consumer focused lifestyle as Americans has made us complacent and alienated but I also think a lot of people who post all day about revolution don’t really understand what actually happens when there is a revolution
