Having the opportunity to take in person ADR classes is something I never thought possible.

Maybe by the end of this year I’ll book one of my many dream jobs

So I’ll be attempting to no longer drink coffee. I believe it’s the cause of some of my stomach issues. Although I’ve been told I need to eat a meal while drinking it due to the acidic nature of coffee. Now to find another drink to start my day with.

I made the move 6 months ago to get closer to some amazing opportunities and to know I’m that much closer.

Maybe by the end of this year I’ll get closer to one of my goals as a Voice Actor

So I moved to Dallas last week. This was a goal of mine as a voice actor to be here

Now it’s time to focus on finding more online and in person voice acting classes/workshops

Also time to get back to auditioning for projects

Why is homesickness worse at night?

I know this move was a big change. I did it for the chance for more opportunities. Just wish I wasn’t emotional all the time.

Going into this year telling myself as a voice actor I will book something big by the end of the year.

So Game Awards showed a trailer for a game called “Catly.” It looked like AI.. even the game description felt like AI

So my Focusrite in my booth randomly stops working. Not happy since it’s not that old.

Trying to find another light source for my VO booth. When I’m on camera in class I look like I’m in the dark or have villain lighting.

Oh hello Texas… this place is interesting

Moving states is terrifying. I know I’m moving to be closer to some potential future opportunities but the thought of moving is crazy

This new audacity update has been horrible. Prior to it I know my mic has been having issues but now it seems to make the issues worse.

Guess I need to look for a new VO mic. Wont be getting another Rode NT1.

Any mic recommendations?

When you listen back to a recording only to hear so many mouth clicks that all of the audio needs to be tossed

Voice actors what are some things you do to help prevent mouth clicks?
