Republicans have the votes, they have the power—and tonight they are choosing, deliberately, to do nothing for families and everything for ICE.
It’s past 3 AM and they’re jamming through $70 billion for ICE and $0 for families.

Why won’t @governor.ny.gov impose a moratorium on evictions in cases where deed theft is the primary factor? Second to that, what is the State doing to make it harder / impossible for deed theft to occur in the first place?!

I served in multiple communist and authoritarian dictatorships, but I never witnessed corruption on this scale or this blatant.
