Wonderful night tonight at the Football Against MND Gala Dinner at Old Trafford. 600 people came together in support of the Mel Evans MBE Foundation and the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation. Paul Scholes, Chris Kirkland, Peter Reid, Sir Alex Ferguson, Jill Scott and many more giving their support.

Refereeing in the women’s Merseyside Derby has been dreadful. Everton just got a penalty for a marginal foul two feet outside the box. It was harder to get that decision wrong than right. The defender was not close to the box at all in that move. Refs having an absolute mare.
