- google the conference: it's real
- say 'yeah, let's do it'
- the 'fee' is mentioned for the first time
- you check with friends listed for the event and find out the email reply address is fake

It's not some secret club you are born into.
At this point, I can basically go through the hierarchy of needs and name multiple ways AI is fucking all of them up.

if it doesn't let you delete it bc it's "open" somewhere, go to your task manager, close every instance of Office, and try again
