Isn't it odd how Manchester City are consistently the only team capable of doing things like that and spending to the levels they do in the summer and fall windows year in, year out?
Someone should really look into that type of thing.

You need to re-read what was said. Actually, don't bother. You're a troll and not welcome here.
From several rewatches, I honestly cannot detect any grab from Gabriel. If there was one, it was fleeting, did not last close to how long Haaland's did, and had no bearing on the goal, unlike Haaland's.
It's really poor refereeing and absurd the VAR didn't take a longer look, at the least.
I've just gone back to watch the 2nd goal and folks, it's worse than I thought.
Gabriel and Haaland come together for a brief jostle, as always happens in the box. Haaland immediately grabs a hold of Gabriel's shirt and starts jerking him around, not letting go until after he's shot.
There is a difference between two players battling in the middle of the pitch and one using a shirt grab to sling the other out of the way to score a goal.
Take your inaccurate, biased descriptions elsewhere. They are not welcome here.
Why do you think it is appropriate to taunt other people, people you don't know, online?
You are not an ally if this is how you treat people.
It just isn't. You are not describing what happened.
Haaland fouls Gabriel. If you do not think that shirt pull was a foul, you do not understand the Laws of the Game. It is as simple as that.
No, it doesn't. It certainly doesn't involved pulling a jersey so hard that it comes off someone's body.
Why do you think it is acceptable behavior to taunt strangers?
Nope, that’s not what happened. It was a good, physical battle on most occasions.
Further, even if that were the case, that has no bearing on the decision not to call the foul clearly and incontrovertibly seen in those pictures.
Be honest or go away.
It depends on the atmosphere and mood in the locker room as much as anything. If the guys are still on board, then fine. If not, you might have to make a change.
Yeah - I’ve walked back / changed the take. It wasn’t well put.
What I meant was that if Arsenal feel compelled to do something, Berta should go before Arteta.
I don’t have much issue with both staying, but sacking Arteta and keeping Berta would be a mistake.
They are not good enough at their jobs to continue in them.
I guess if you run into a guys legs from 75% behind him it's okay. Just don't clip the bottom of their foot ever so slightly with your knee. That's a red for sure.
The play on Hincapie was a carbon copy of the one on Havertz. Arm over the shoulder of a player who has gotten a step beyond, runs into their legs to take them down.
There was defensive cover, but Hincapie would have been dribbling into the box, angled towards goal.
There were 4 big decisions:
No call on Havertz taken down.
No call against Haaland on the goal.
Gabriel yellow instead of red.
No call on Hincapie taken down as he runs toward the box.
3 against Arsenal, 1 in favor.
And that doesn't include the shove on Eze to win the ball before City's opener.
At the same time, he's really not scored many important goals this season.
He's a fine player and is acceptable as a backup / substitute / depth player.
He was not the striker Arsenal needed to get over the hump.
Also, Martin Ødegaard any evaluation of Ødegaard's performance has to be made in light of the fact that he is almost certainly not close to full fitness and that he has hardly played in about two months.
Regardless, it is poor refereeing and a failure of VAR to have not taken a closer look.
Those things you suggest really shouldn't influence a referee's decisions, anyway. They probably do, but they shouldn't.
It's not an accusation of bias or that there was anything untoward.
Just an observation of what happened.
Haaland on the goal. Khusanov taking down Havertz. Whoever it was taking down Hincapie.
The multiple soft fouls given to Doku when he dribbled into trouble against the press.
There were several significant missed calls. More benefitted City than Arsenal.
That's just, like, what happened.
No, that's quite simply not what happened.
Nor does it have ANY bearing on a clear missed foul on the winning goal.
And funnily enough, save Gabriel getting a yellow instead of a red for the incident with Haaland, every single other lenient decision favored City.
Well, sure. But when you're up against a cheating empire you can't really afford 60M mistakes like Viktor Gyokeres, and if reports are true, Berta was the driving force there.
Madueke also seems like a misstep, if we're going on output this season. But not as costly to results, writ large.
At first glance, I thought it was more of a two-way battle with Haaland doing more fouling but Gabriel grappling back.
The replay shows that I was wrong. This wasn't a 2-man battle. It was the attacker fouling the defender en route to scoring.
It would have been better phrased as follows:
If Arsenal want to make a change this summer, they'd do better to look at Berta before Arteta.
Haaland has a full grasp of Gabriel's shirt. You can see it literally starting to come off his body. He uses that shirt tug to get to the ball first and score a potentially title-deciding goal.
Manchester City seemingly breaking the rules and not being punished for it is VERY on the nose for the Premier League.
If you are a Manchester United supporter who would rather Manchester City win the league than Arsenal, you are not a Manchester United supporter.
OH MY GOD YOU SUPPORT UNITED.
So in addition to all that, you'd rather your arch-rival win.
You're not even a proper fan of your own club. That's truly hilarious.
Thanks for letting us all know that in addition to having a broken moral compass, you're also an unpleasant person, generally.
And you're also wildly biased and wrong about every single thing you've said.
And I bet you are super proud of your behavior. Waste.
