An app on myfwa shows vendor Hall numbers. People can look up in the app if the vendor Hall is full. If it is full they can do something else until the app says it is not full. Want to get fancy app can keep the records of when the hall is full and show it on a visual map.
Seriously. Wristbands, and four volunteers. Two on the in-door two on the out-door. They scan to go in it goes green. System adds one number to the queue. They go out the door it goes green. System removes one number from the queue. System has hit capacity, goes yellow.
