Hey Blue how is everyone? I’ve been through hell the last 6 months & counting. I tore my hamstrings off the “sit bone” in both legs in a freak accident. I’ve never felt such severe pain as I have from this injury. I haven’t been able to focus on much beyond pain. Slowly coming back to social media.
