You could pull from google earth and approximate a person's own neighborhood! You could magic away the impossible geometry of parking! Notifications from the city about fence-height variances! Initiate shadow studies! Police with infinite budgets who stop and question everyone who walks down alleys!

Idea: Neighborhood-scale version of The Sims/SimCity.

Make it busybody-friendly (advertise on NextDoor!), and make it so addictive that certain people forget to yell at everyone about everything.

It would give a certain set of people the unrealistic level of control they want!
