🤬 A brand new HP laptop that I used 4 times before the keyboard stopped working. I called cust. support. I was on the phone 4 over 5 hours holding my cellphone up & the camera rolling so they could view what was happening. Transferred over 20 times. Now the thing won’t boot up.
