Could only be improved if the guys were just White House randos who wanted to get in the picture.

Virginia, not Maryland, btw. Guessing the point was to claim the votes of residents of the area didn't count in yesterday's referendum (they're *really* DC residents π) if that would change the results. I'm not going to worry about it unless we hear more, because it might not (change the results).
oh no. going to have to set an alarm to remind me to play at 3 because I'm going to want to forget for today π
I think the argument isn't that he has power to do these types of things without Congress but that he has standing to challenge, alone, the constitutionality of what's already been done and the EO sets that up. Could be wrong; I don't speak psycho fluently. Also IANAL.
ππππ Perfect game on Extreme (I believe) and not far off on Classic.
And if he can, will he
I don't see either breaking news about this or news from his hearing last Thursday.
True, but I'm not sure about the post. A bunch of recent results on Google claim to point to Threads posts saying that and none seem to actually say it, though some look like they may have been replies to deleted posts (and maybe those posts said it?)

I don't think it's constitutional but I'm not sure how just that text makes it "not even close". No new state would be formed. Multiple states aren't involved.
I don't understand that last sentence, so maybe I've misunderstood your entire post, but you get that their play is for power and not good government, right?
π You should for a while unless you have *really* bad luck. Going to be months before I top out at around 270 games but you've already got a solid base of games.
Just stumbled across "strangle hold" a whole 4 minutes after posting. π
Not sure what software people may be using when they post to SM, but I feel like I've seen a lot of very literate people using two words when they meant one or vice versa in recent years. Not just "every day" mistakes π, but weird ones. Working "over time". "Air tight" seals. Taking a "kick back".

I managed one 100 but tripped on a couple of missing vowels.

Excellent, Chris!
Evidently I need one. A bit confused that "fact-check" has a hyphen despite being a checking of facts. (Makes sense for "spell-check", which is not a checking of spells.)
π I didn't see a Wordi post for you today. I didn't mean to go nuclear with my reminder.
In both cases, "from each other" might be a slightly better description than "from ourselves".

I guess I didn't know the half of it when I talked about people with more ambition than sense a while back.
π€ This is correct, except for the "no".
The president is always the last to know... or the first to forget.
Thanks, Gayle π§
Was getting close to the 92 until that last game. Realized there's nothing wrong with the game scoring except me forgetting how to do it. Percentage of letters *not* on the board that you *don't* pick.

π If it had occurred to me, I might have opted for that first.
Well done, Maxine. Yesterday was bad but I can't believe "cubit" escaped comment from anyone I saw post on Thursday. π
I thought you might have worked it all out and then tried to do reverse difficulty, but given green was the only one that was sure of as I entered it, that impresses me too.
