This is an excerpt from a novel I was working on. I don't plan on finishing the novel, but this section and others will likely get folded into another longterm project.
The tax billionaires talking point obscures that that money was stolen, and this "radical" position merely reframes injustice to say certain thieves should pay restitution and keep what they stole. These people are economic vampires. We can't concede to letting them eat responsibly.
In case you missed it, the Trump administration is illegally threatening to withhold billions in already awarded broadband improvement grants from states that attempt ANY regulation of AI or ANY oversight of price-gouging telecom giants
