GL in the assessment, getting diagnosed (+anxiety which I didn’t ask 😭) last sept didn’t change my life, but it did validate my struggles and I feel less bad about myself every day! I still feel like an imposter for claiming the label since I got it at 25 but I can talk about it with others openly.

Disclaimer: I never had a twitter account and I never had a big enough following anywhere to have a hard choice to make (2k on paigeeworld a while ago but it shutdown lol). But still, I wish people just TRIED leaving twitter for real on principle (and AI stuff). It's better for your mental.
One thing that annoys me about the whole argument of "I can't move to bsky because I have all my follws on twitter and there is less engagement on bsky" is that it's this exact mindset that makes it so there are less artists engaging on bsky... You have to get the ball rolling by making a move.
