10/10 @bbnomula.bsky.social concert was the best I've been too so far! It was very enjoyable, safe, and no one spilled beer on me, which has been a previous issue at other concerts. I had the greatest time! Bbno$ fans r the best, so wholesome, amazing! I loved my multiple clumps of safe strangers.

My skin is so picky about brands if it's not non bleached cotton or "natural" it gets angry, and adhesives too! I'll look at the Walmart ones tho, I saw some organic post partum ones on target with wings! *ik the boycott* but it's where my searches led me.

What happened to thiccck maxi pads with wings? Why is everything thing ULTRA THIN and FLEX? these thin pads aren't holding themselves in place with how much I move when I sleep.

I am not compatible w/ tampons, cups.
I'm aware of cloth pads/period panties, I need cotton & breathable and not tight.

It's bullshit and I hate it, truly ovulation confuses me and is worse, naproxen at least helps cramps I don't understand ovulation pain 😭

My hip itself didn't hurt, it definitely was a sciatica type of area of pain but I had no idea it was my right hip the whole time, I don't even know how to be aware that it was out and that it wasn't my back. 🤞🏻 I remember next time, this is def the second time it's happened at least.

I had terrible back pain for multiple days last week, one night I finally took some melatonin to hopefully get better sleep since my back wasn't letting me, during my sleep I woke up to stretch and change positions and I stretched my leg and heard a huge POP and it was my hip!

I get cramps during ovulation and my period 🥲
