It is! Been in China where the hipsters mingle with the cosplay Ming princesses & you can hear deafening birdsong (including woodpeckers) in the heart of Beijing because all the cars & scooters are electric & the petrol engines aren't allowed out more than twice a week. What's not to like? Don't ask
