Happy Thanksgiving! Remember, even if you don't celebrate, it's important to be thankful for what you have. It could be friends, family, or even just being alive.
Day 29: Try to have a good mindset about everything. Good headspace usually leads to good mental health and better success overall.
Day 28: With Thanksgiving coming around, now is a good time to remind you all that you should be thankful for all the things you have, little or big.
Day 27: Remember to stay focused and determined! Always face challenges head-on and do your best!
Day 26: Progress takes patience and time. Eventually, that hard work will pay off.
Day 25: It's okay not to be okay sometimes. You can't always be happy 100% of the time. So, letting some frustration or sadness out can help unwind your feelings.
Day 24: If you ever get frustrated, please don't do anything that can't be reversed. Anger is a powerful thing that can change things forever.
Day 23: Always try to make a new lifestyle choice something you do daily. Every day you continue to do it, the more natural it feels and becomes, the more used to it you are. One example I can share is making these posts.
Day 22: If you feel you aren't accepted as who you are by some place or person, please try to disconnect from them as soon as possible. That way, you'll have less negativity in your life.
Day 21: Hey everybody! Make sure to motivate yourself by leaving your own positive messages to yourselves. It'll definitely help out when you're in a darker part of your life. It helped me, so I'm hopeful that this advice applies to you as well.
Day 20: Stay determined! If you give up too easily, that'll just make your self-esteem worse. At least try it out before deciding whether to do it or not.
Day 19: Every obstacle you overcome is an obstacle that makes you stronger.
Day 18: Grinding is a part of life. It isn't easy all the time, but the reward usually pays off the time.
Day 17: When you get up in the morning, have a set goal in mind. Simply fixing your bed could be a goal. And you'll have a sense of accomplishment for that, setting you up for the rest of the day.
Day 16: Life can vary from dark times to the brightest of days. The only way to tell is to be there.
Day 15: Maintain your goals. If you have a set place in mind, it'll motivate you to continue to reach your goal.
Day 14: Obviously, never give up. If you give up too quickly, you'll never know the true results.
Day 13: I hope that if you're at your lowest point, that it'll eventually get better and get to a higher point. You just need to keep pushing.
Day 12: I've heard everything that's happened in the US. Please don't be scared! Being scared will not help at all and likely will just make everything worse. I hope that we can all face this challenge like you probably have many times. It'll be difficult, but we can do it!
Day 11 (Sorry, I forgot to post yesterday!!!)
Sometimes, life isn't easy. In cases like those, you'll need to cut your own path. Of course, some outcomes are better than others, but it's all up to how you cut it up.
Day 10:
Every day is a new day! Make the most of it!
Day 9: Whenever you're feeling down, just know that others have probably faced the same hardships! Don't feel afraid to ask for help.
Day 8:
Whatever comes against you is just another challenge to overcome. There is more than one answer for problems, you just need to find which one is the best for the situation.
Day 7: A week of positive messages already!
You are one out of 8 billion people. Tha already makes you special, to be one of the chosen people to be born. Always remember that you are special and you have the ability to do what you need to do.
Day 6: Any time you feel that you aren't good enough, that just means that need to practice more. You are good enough, you just need to improve your craft.
Day 5: It's okay to take a break. You may worry that you should be productive, but you can't be productive if you're hardly functioning. Please do so.
Day 4:
Always try to keep going at a task, even if it seems impossible. Such as drawing, or creating music! Eventually, you'll get the creation you want, or even have something completely new. It's still a creation in the end.
Day 3: It's okay to not be perfect. It's okay to not be "cool". It's okay to be yourself.
