This was much darker than it appears in this pic. Payne’s gray, which is basically black.

Of course the second image is higher quality and I’ve used about half of the bunch.

But there’s no denying that this method is quite effective.

I wash the cilantro after I bring it home from the market. Then I chop off the bottom 3” and place the bunch in a glass container of water. That’s it. 😊

A great tip I learned a while back to make cilantro last longer was to keep it in water in the fridge. Some people dispute this, because of course. 😊
