okay so you know how the media has a problem with taking snippets of scientific studies out of context and writing articles which mislead the public?

now imagine a computer program is doing that when you ask it questions about scientific literature but also it makes stuff up.

I’m not 100% plant based but do try to eat mostly plant based. It’s really hard with those restrictions (I have the same ones). Struggle a lot to get enough protein in!

I’ve been using Bob’s Red Mill hot buckwheat cereal and hot brown rice cereal for breakfast to replace oats. You can make something similar to tofu using seeds. My Whole Foods sells pumpkin seed tofu.
