I've got a doctor appointment next week for the first time in ~3yrs. My last appointment told me I'm almost pre-diabetic. I didn't change any of my wicked ways, so I'm really nervous.

I saw boys kissing so it's going to be ok

Coworker: I'm REALLY into Buddhism. The earth is our bodily home and we need to be kind to it. Every object on our planet has value. 💕 hiking in nature just makes me feel alive and thankful.

Haven't cleaned my email out in 2yrs. I've only read the emails I was expecting (tickets, doctor notes, etc.) and everything else just went unread. It's 3am, I'm wide awake, and think it's time to finally clean out my email and delete/unsubscribe all the junk.
