I’m trying to improve my nutrition, I sub it for sugar and honey. It has a lower GI and it also contains minerals and antioxidants so it’s not empty calories. Supposedly reduces inflammation too. Maple syrup + mustard on salmon, chicken or pork is fab. Gotta get the good stuff

Apparently where I live there are competing organizers. The Hartford no kings thing is 10-2 but there’s a 10-12 thing by one group in one spot at the state Capitol and a 12-2 thing by another group at another spot at the state Capitol. begs the question whether there are competing objectives too
