something that's always helped me is the knowledge that you feel worse about your skills as you're learning because you realize how much there is to learn
but you're working on it and thats so so cool!!!

I am really missing the adhd meds I was taking,, it feels nearly impossible to focus bleehg

anti psychotic by a family friend and I had just a terrible anxiety moment of just sobbing and then going "haahahehe no im fiinnee"

ive been reassured about the side effects a lot by my doctor and we're doing weekly follow ups
its just interesting to note everything i think :3

Im pretty hopeful!!
nothing too bad has happened at all so i have a good feeling,
especially since it was supposedly going to get worse at first
but aside from some real intense moments of dread in the first couple days, that hasn't happened
its a lot better than one time I was given an

week 1 on an ssri and an anti-psychotic (being used as a mood stabilizer)

there are many fun wonders happening like:
i cant sleep
i cant stop sleeping
im not hungry ever unless i think to myself "i am hungry"
havent been able to cry

cant wait for these to become therapeutic

watch out world, here he comes
