My Rainbow Scale allows me to willingly turn into any forms it has “saved,” and the Scale converts itself accordingly.
As a Softie, I’m also modular, taking it away from me prevents me from changing form. Made worse when my Scale becomes way easier to remove.

Gosh, yeah. Not that you can even try closing it, now.
A human can be seen with a mouth somewhat resembling eelektross. They are teary, looking up at someone offscreen telling them "Stop trying to close it... You'll only make it worse." Ignoring the advice, they squish their mouth as much as they can with their eelektross-like clawbs. This backfires, as this causes their mouth to recoil into a full circle, just like eelektross's jawless maw. Their body much further resembles eelektross overall. There is additionally quick drawing of eelektross to the left, unrelated to the TF sequence.
A human is being overtaken my mimikyu like cloth, their mouth sows itself shut into a scribbly imitation of what it once was. The same happens to their eyes, as they find a new home down where the eyes of mimikyu poke out.
A human watches as their fingers web themselves and spread out into bat-like wings. Their proportions become stubbier as horns sprout out from their head, and their eyes bug out. Their legs become skinny and their feet clawb-like, as a big mace tail sprouts out from their back. They struggle to keep their pants up with tiny graspy lower arms of a Ridorb. Eventually, they're forced to let go as they're pulled up by the beetle-like front horn sprouting out of their head. They find themselves exposed, now a Ridorb lacking any human clothing.
A human sits down, feeling their head hurt. It starts to take the shape of an old CRT computer monitor, as it slides off, only connected by a cable. It seems their whole body is sliding apart just the same, arms becoming cables, a hand becoming a mouse, the legs becoming a keyboard. Eventually, they fall in the perfect way to be set up as a home desktop setup, ready for use~

A human watches as their body morphs into an ampharos, their neck stretching out and belly rounding out until their clothes barely cover any of them. They look at their now changed body, squishing that huge new tummy.
A human finds their body has extended, and is connected to a spigot. Before they can do anything, their legs become increasingly vestigial, smaller and smaller and unable to walk. Losing balance, they fall towards the ground, their nubby limbs unable to save them. By the end, they find themselves quite the grumpy garden hose, coiled up to the ground and dripping water from their mouth.
A human watches as their thumbs become increasingly vestigial, as their palms morph into poofy paw pads. Their legs adjust themselves into a more digitigrade-like stance, with their feet becoming stilt-like. Their full body is revealed to see a fins and a huge fish-like tail has sprouted. They remain in a hunched back posture as their hips shift into haunches, and inevitably, the forelimbs they were clumsily holding up in the air rest back on the ground, as they look towards the camera, bashful about their new vaporeon body.
A human watches in terror as all their limbs collapse onto the ground and begin becoming tentacles, as their mouth fixes itself into a circular jawless formation. Their eyes sprout into several stalks as more heads sprout out from their neck, seemingly capable of being used as arms. The human is now a dead lander alpha.
