In Democrat lead states the State Government and local Governments work together to help communities and public schools. I Republican led states the State Government does everything it can to make things difficult or impossible for local communities and public schools .
What does this Congress have in common with the 2013 and 2015 Congress ? Republican led then as well . I would argue that the current Republican Congress serves only one function - protect Trump as he does whatever he wants .
