In Episode 184 wird Dr. Jacqueline Wingens, politische Referentin bei Misereor & assoziierte Wissenschaftlerin am German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS), uns vorstellen, wer die Samí sind, wo sie leben und erklären wie die Samí in die Politikgestaltung der EU einbezogen werden.
Die #Sámi sind das einzige offiziell anerkannte #indigene Volk in der #Europäischen Union. Die EU-Politik wirkt sich auf die Lebensgrundlage der Samen aus und die EU-Mitgliedstaaten sowie die #EU selbst haben internationale Standards zu den Rechten indigener Völker unterzeichnet.
