If you haven't already tried it, I highly recommend Flonase. I was a nonbeliever until a doctor told me to take that + azelastine everyday and it made a huge difference. Apparently your body can adapt to Clairitin/Zyrtec/etc. over time (if I understood correctly) but the sprays are better for that.
