By law they’re not allowed to start emptying bins in residential areas before 7am, for obvious reasons. Ours used to turn up early and wait until the stroke of 7 then start.

My dad got me into wildlife, as a kid, especially birds. I always hoped one of mine would get an interest, and as an ecologist they have the perfect opportunity to. Thankfully one seems to have, just got to keep his interest. Sounds like you are heading in the right direction with yours too 👍🏻

Did a breeding bird survey this morning, picked up 37 species by ear. My son has that Merlin app, as he loves birds, but it’s not totally accurate. It gets a lot wrong, just bear that in mind.

Sorry to say it’s not as big as that. It’s approx 90,000 light years across, which is less than our Milky Way (100,000). If it was 90m, as you say, it would be the largest object in the known universe.
