I really hope you're right. As far as I'm concerned, I see nothing in Carney's recent decisions to sustain that hope.

This is straight out of the CPC playbook. I get that times are hard and people struggle financially, but we need long-term vision, not short-term fixes that only keep us dependent on fossil fuel companies longer. Green infrastructures and electrification of transports is the way to go.
