Thanks, the animation is set up in and captured from Unity. Each character is cycling through 6 poses (actually 6 different meshes). With each new pose the shader sets a random decimation effect.

tbh it's been awhile since i made this one. I believe a part of offsetting those verts in a waveform came from just rotating the model, but not sure anymore.
