Petroleum's true form: Chiyou manifesting within her body as a reincarnation of the war god, her middle face being herself while the two extra faces representing Chiyou himself, beckoning to Petroleum's greed for instead of looking to satiate her hunger, to seek power, her appearance changing accordingly to be more warrior-like, alongside tattoos all across her body and faces.
"Petroleum" has a double meaning given the context of Yuuma Toutetsu's name.
Her given name is likely derived from Chiyou (蚩尤 Shiyuu). an ancient Chinese tribal leader which is theorized to be the basis for taotie symbolism.
