The ceasefire deal includes the US lifting economic sanctions on Iran and a fee of 2 million/ship for passage thru the Strait of Hormuz.

Imagine if we'd never attacked Iran; sanctions would still be in place, ships wouldn't be taxed and no one would have died.

Just wanted to remind folks, especially the GOP and the FDD, that Barack Obama’s 2015 nuclear deal didn’t give Iran control of the Strait of Hormuz or allow it to keep 60% enriched uranium. It sent $1.7 billion to Iran versus the tens of billions Iran will now make from tolls. 🤷🏽‍♂️

It seems America has run on the honor system for 250 years. Then we ran out of honor.

A madman is in charge and he’s surrounded by cowards. Now we find that impeachment is meaningless. The 25th amendment is meaningless. The Bill of Rights is meaningless. And the Constitution is meaningless.

Congress is completely useless at this point.

He still needs to be removed from office. A war powers resolution will not suffice. He circumvented Congress to start the war. He circumvented them on tariffs and appropriations. Why anyone thinks he'd adhere to a Congressional war powers resolution is beyond me.
