If memory serves me correctly I think EA only had a licence to use active NHLPA player names so I lobbied to have my name on one of the retired numbers hanging from the rafters in Edmonton, but no luck. 😸 Can't remember what they ended up doing with that

I worked at EA Vancouver from 1995-98. Mostly PC hardware compatibility testing on sports games. Also Need For Speed 2, Dungeon Keeper, etc. My name is in the credits under QA for anything I tested. Might also be on an EA easter egg team in NHL98, but I forget
trying to remember if my name was in the credits for that game, but probably not until NHL 97
Now you have 2 kitties to yourself!

I suspect it'll look much the same tomorrow! 😸
Environment Canada says it's mostly cloudy and not raining at the airport but it's been relentless at my place. The weather station on my deck (in southwest Coquitlam) says 176mm since it started raining on Saturday
The rain gauge on my deck in southwest Coquitlam says 267.7mm so far this month. Event total is 151.1mm and still going

I remember all the calls for Cal Ripken Jr to sit out a game as he approached Lou Gehrig's record
They need a new sign that can display over $10/gallon. Sorta like the wave of sign updates that occurred across Canada as prices approached $1.00/liter for the first time
also, unlike the Model 3, it has a display in front of the driver! Wouldn't mind seeing the Denza Z9 GT make it over here...
Started snowing at around 9:15 in southwest Coquitlam. Temperature has dropped from 1.1°C to 0.8°C in the past half hour
graupel is a much more fun way to describe it
Convective precipitation over the Fraser River, looking east from the Port Mann Bridge bike path
One of those showers looks rather heavy. View looking east from the Port Mann Bridge bike path
Had small hail that got quite heavy for a bit in Coquitlam. Didn't feel nice on the face when biking down the hill by Ikea!

Last clock change ever tonight in BC! As a night owl and cyclist, permanent daylight time is my preferred option
