I add fish sauce (garum? lol 🤪) to almost everything, it just adds a subtle but very noticeable umami boost to food. Doesn't matter what you add it to, I've added to dishes from every cuisine. A little goes a long way too.

I really like doing pull-ups (neutral grip). There's something so play-like about the exercise that makes it adjacent to something you would have done at the playground as a kid; and that element of "fun" makes all the difference.
