The pollen is so intense in Louisville, my kid went to smell a flower and came out looking like Tony Montana. Never seen that before irl

This is a match made in hell and I personally cannot wait.
His is all the validation I need Dave 🫡
If David Robinson and Tim Duncan were the Twin Towers, I suppose that makes Wemby One World Trade Center alright off to bed now
Sorry to share from the other site, but Uncle Larry is cooking for those familiar with Louisville twitter.
“Rahmstorf, who has studied the Amoc for 35 years, has said a collapse must be avoided ‘at all costs.’ ‘I argued this when we thought the chance of an Amoc shutdown was maybe 5%, and even then we were saying that risk is too high, given the massive impacts. Now it looks like it’s more than 50%.’”
Appreciate you checking in 🫡
Here to report, Sophie endures.
Solidarity from Card Nation, beat Purdue
besides purdue being a bunch of pussy ass bitches it is very funny that they cited density concerns as a reason for not building a *12 story building* IN A GODDAMNED DOWNTOWN
JD Vance is gonna love when Dunkin’ Donuts rolls this out

To my delight, they let me hold the ball made of YTD visitor passes to my local government admin building.
We really sent the guy who couldn’t pick out donuts.
It might sound like hyperbole but Louisville drivers are so wreckless, not even the dead are safe.
Y’all don’t speak Midwest, this is actually love.
Just saw the CV in your bio, you can afford more horses
Still not enough, you need the power of two horses to make a difference
Growing up in Louisville we called that building the Ban Roll-On.
Here’s the routing for our roundtrip which was just under 9-miles total. Green indicates low-stress corridors which includes side streets and alleys, red indicates segments where I had to ride on the sidewalk because it felt unsafe.
The Playport was worth the trip btw, a truly spectacular place for kids
People can be so insistent that he’s smart, which I’m sure he appreciates.

Gotta measure if these columns are 33’ tall

Biked with my 3-year old from Clifton to the Playport to my wife’s shop on E Market St, almost entirely on protected or separated bike paths. Louisville is so close to having a great network, we just need to fill in the gaps in a few places and upgrade a few corridors to be protected.
if you invented public libraries today, every opinion page in the country would be arguing for means tested subsidized Amazon Prime memberships
Their unlimited breadsticks got me through college
Tiger Woods pretending to get off the phone with the president is one of the top five funniest things a celebrity has ever done.
Lot of infighting about these bike lanes. I’ll just say that when Louisville shuts down the street for a bit (whether it be goats, chili, or schnitz walk) ppl come out in DROVES & manage to park just fine. What if…we had that all the time?? Shared, safe public spaces? Sounds fucking cool to me.

The Hall of Justice courthouse in Louisville, Kentucky has a small food mart in it. They really splurged on signage graphic design, as you can see.
