- of my own complicated and messy feelings, so a lot of the strange guilt I feel can‘t override that.

For now, radio silence until I make more stuff, and thank you to the people who do listen to my music and making it about something other than me in the process.

- while writing about yourself is inevitable, but to an extent, it is giving a shape and voice to people who did not ask to be given shape and voice by me.

Ideally, I would have pulled down all my old music for that reason, but enough people have told me it means something to them outside -

- selfish, because I have a complicated relationship with it. I think, like anything created at a certain point, it feels like a document of who I was. And while that‘s fine and expected, I regret the specificity of the parts which document people other than myself.

Writing about other people -

At the moment, my music is on Spotify but I am donating all income from that to charity. Ideally, I would prefer to only have my music on bandcamp but enough people have asked for it to be on streaming so, c’est la vie.

Part of the reason I would rather people donate and download for free is -

I won’t be using this much until new music is out, but all my old stuff is available on bandcamp and assorted streaming.
