Recently I learned that the LWB Transit Connect PHEV qualifies for the £5000 plug-in van grant while the SWB only gets the £2500 one on account of them sitting either side of the 2.5-tonne divider between the two. So that extra 35cm on length will save you £2k. Fascinating, right? Right…?!
